- Enable software install logging within Windows - see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/223300
- Attempt to install the software
- Navigate to the temporary folder (usually C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Temp\)
- The most recent file (usually named "Msi.log") is the file we need - please attach this file and we can examine it for potential problems
