Windows 7 computers: check for SP1

It's a seemly "rookie" mistake...made by the experienced, long-timers: failure to check for Windows 7 SP1. Without Windows 7 Service Pack 1 users will not be able to have the Office 365 desktop software installed. Here's the link to obtain SP1 for Windows 7:

This is something that each Windows 7 user can install themselves. A quick way for a user to find out if they have SP1 is to click Start and type in winver, then press the Enter key:
