Modify the time slot when CloudSync will upload/download changes to files.
Right-click the CloudSync icon in the system tray and choose "Manage Backups":
Now select "Only scan between" and specify a time slot, then click "OK". In the example below data transfer will only occur "off-peak" (after 8pm and before 8am).
