Add Office 365 to your iPhone or iPad

Your iPhone can sync your Office 365 email, calendar and contacts. Additionally, you can add the OneDrive app which will allow you to access (open/upload/edit/share) files from your Office 365 storage (OneDrive for Business). We also recommend adding OneNote and Lens.

IMPORTANT: Add the new Teams app and enjoy the new chat-based workspace!

Setup email, calendar and contacts

• Add your Exchange email account (ActiveSync) to your iPhone

1 of 4: Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account > Exchange

2 of 4: Enter your email address and password, then tap NEXT

3 of 4: Wait whilst the server settings are auto-configured, then tap NEXT. If the "Server" field is 'required' type outlook.office365.com

4 of 4: carefully ensure that all of the options are selected, especially contacts

Setup OneDrive for Business

  • You'll be prompted to enter your email address and password
  • Make sure that you choose "Work/School" account, rather than "Personal" account

• This is an import app, as Microsoft is integrating many collaboration features - it will enable you to harness the new chat-based workspace

Setup Word
