Overview: how to determine if a user has become blocked, and how to unblock the user.


Log into the Microsoft 365 admin portal and navigate to Security > Email & collaboration > Review > Restricted users (or click here https://security.microsoft.com/restrictedusers)


Unblock the user


We recommend ascertaining why the user became blocked, and resolving the cause.
