Out SD-WAN routers will optimally using an MTU of 1484 when using PPPoE on the underlying pipes.
The SD-WAN router will make "wrap" the packets in a similar way to a VPN tunnel, and ideally use 32 bytes.
For optimal throughput, please set your WAN MTU on the device that connects to the SD-WAN router to 1452.
