  • To disable voicemail please contact us by creating a ticket and we will disable/enable

  • To disable/enable voicemail call Support on 333 (or 03333381001 from another phone)
• VMO2 ("O2", "Telefonica", "Virgin Media")

  • To disable voicemail dial (from handset with SIM inserted) 1760
    • To re-enable dial 1750
• EE ("EE", "BT ONE")
  • Dial from handset with the SIM inserted: 1 (hold down the "1" key until voicemail menu is played)
  • Dial from any other phone: +447953222222
  • To disable voicemail (from handset with SIM inserted) send SMS text VM OFF to 150
    • To re-enable text VM ON to 150
• Manx ("mt")
  • Dial from handset with the SIM inserted dial 624624 to speak with Support

Call divert

Overview: Whilst it's often easier to simply use a phone handset's built-in "Call divert" (which actually contacts the network and sets up a real divert), you can also use the following USSD codes (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) to setup/cancel divert. These work on all UK networks:

To activate: (do not type the spaces - only shown here for clarity; press SEND after typing code)
** 21 * phone number #      ( Example: **21*01234567890# )

To cancel: ## 002 # ( Example: ##002# )
