With over 10 years of innovations, Microsoft announced a 20% price increase commencing 1-Mar-2022; see their Vice President's detailed ambitions for how they intend to use the increase here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2021/08/19/new-pricing-for-microsoft-365/

Price lock opportunity

As an official Silver Microsoft Partner we recently secured a deal to be able to lock customer prices at the pre-2022 levels by signing a new (or renewal) 12 month contract. The deadline to eSign and ensure contract is approved via the Microsoft Partner channel before 1st March, is: Thu 24-Feb-2022, 2:00 PM

The deal specifics are:

  • Deal open to new or renewing customers (business/academic/charity only)
  • Contract term is 12 months; example copy is attached below
  • Seats (number of licenses) can be increased but not decreased during the 12 month term
    • A new contract can be added at the increased rate, for individual temporary licenses
  • Prices are as advertised in Dec-2021 (for new customers), or as charged on Jan-2022 invoice (for renewing customers)
  • Customer agrees with Microsoft's MCA (link below), including Termination clause C (2):
"All amounts due under any unpaid invoices shall become due and payable immediately"
