Additional technical info
A list of all "ISO 3166-1 alpha2" (2-letter) country codes is maintained here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_3166_country_codes
DNS-based RBL (Real-time Black Lists) are maintained by various 3rd-parties, such as https://spameatingmonkey.com/services/SEM-COUNTRY who provide a way to block the entire country list of IPs. Their format is: <countryCode>.country.spameatingmonkey.net (the "positive" DNS query response would be 127.0.0.2)
Examples:
- by.country.spameatingmonkey.net (Belarus)
- ru.country.spameatingmonkey.net (Russian Federation)
- cn.country.spameatingmonkey.net (Russian Federation)
