Please use the following link to verify an address against the information held on BT's central database:
http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/pls/adsl/ADSLChecker.AddressOutput?postcode=KW11 6UF
(Replace the postcode with the one from the address you want to verify)
Once the list of addresses appears, select one (as shown in the image below) and click "submit":
...once "submitted" the full address will be shown as text which can be Copied & Pasted (as shown in the image below):
