Overview: Manage your Huawei router using the app on your smartphone - get alerts about your data plan usage

Getting setup is easy - just connect your phone to the router's WiFi, and launch the app...

Next, tap Log In and enter the admin password (see label on rear or base of router):

Tap the large blue meter (above) showing the percentage of data remaining...to be taken to the volume page.

On the volume page click the settings (cog) icon at the top right...

Enable “Set monthly data plan”
Start date: 28 (all SIMs will reset at midnight on the 27^th of each month)

Data plan: set to 1000GB (or the appropriate plan data limit that you have subscribed to)

That's it! Your phone will now alert you to the current usage as you get near to the threshold.
