We tested a Huawei B2368 4G router in a rural area, first with a laptop connected to WiFi "N" (2.4 Ghz) and then with WiFi "AC". The difference was, as we anticipated, significantly better with AC. Based upon these tests, our recommendation to anyone using 4G or 5G is: if your laptop only has WiFi "N" (2.4Ghz), spending £20 on a USB WiFi "AC" adapter will be money well spent!
