Email problems - further investigation

Please use this form to request further investigation of an email problem:

Sender's email address

Recipient's email address

Email client used to send
   (Outlook 2007, Thunderbird, SmarterMail Web, Hotmail Web, etc.)

Outgoing server type (if known): 
   (SMTP - Microsoft Exchange, SMTP - ISP server, etc.)

Outgoing server address (if known): 
   (Example...mail.myISP.com)

Date email was sent

Time email was sent

Other
   (Any other helpful information or logs)

Optional: you may attempt to send an email to SMTPtest @ iseu.co.uk - this will enable us to inspect our extensive logs in order to look for potential configuration issues with the sending email server. Please let us know if you HAVE attempted to send a test email to this address.

Once we get this information returned to us we can start searching for logs about the specific email message as it passed through our network. We will then reply to you with out findings.
