Broadband fault escalation improved

We've improved the reporting process, and escalation times, for broadband faults. To escalate a broadband fault, use the following link: http://internetservices.eu.com/en/Contact_Broadband-fault.html

This will collect most of the details needed to escalate a broadband fault with BT OpenReach. From the time you submit the form it enters an automated process, and the data you provide is available to BT OpenReach. We're confident that this improvement will speed up resolution times on reported broadband faults.
