Incident resolved IMT1975 - Connectivity Issues

We are pleased to confirm that this issue is now fully resolved and any affected end users should now be able to connect and browse normally.

Again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you and your end users.

-------------------------------------------------------------

We have previously notified you of an issue affecting BTW customer connectivity.

The issue is resolved in the main, however there is still an ongoing issue affecting a small subset of customers who are on a VDSL product.

All of your end users should now be able to reconnect if they haven't already done so, for any end users who still can't reconnect please power cycle the router.

For the VDSL customers please see update below:

The root cause has been identified as a virtual routing issue, this is thought to only be affecting VDSL products.

Our engineers are still working on a fix for this and we hope to be able to update you further on this within the next couple of hours.

Again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience this is causing you and your end users.

--------------------------------------------------------

Please note that BTW are currently experiencing a network incident which is affecting end user connectivity their network engineers are investigating this as a priority and as soon as further updates are available.

The symptoms of this will appear as either authentication failure or data transfer.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
