Genrally Cloud Voice will "just work", so if you are experiencing issues you may find this artcile helpful. The phone app for iPhone and Android shouldn't need any changes whilst using it on 5G/4G (LTE) or 3g, but if via WiFi then you need to verify the network router just like desk-phones that are wired.
Easy fix: turn off "SIP ALG"
Some router manufacturers have "SIP ALG" on by default; please turn it off as it will innevitably route the right packets of data to the wrong local IP address!
