We have confirmed reports this morning of some key BT proxy RADIUS servers being offline. A network restore was attempted around 8:00 AM which has failed and is being dealt with under "diagnostic centre of excellence". Customer equipment does not need to be reset, nor BT test credentials used, as service will resume once the proxy RADIUS server systems are restored.
