Overview: users can call into Cloud Voice from any phone - no app required - such as a temporary mobile, a traditional PSTN phoneline, or hotel phone. Once dialled in, they simply authenticate using their PIN and are able to make onward OUTBOUND calls. For INBOUND calls, the online portal can be used to turn on call divert to any UK phone number (landline or mobile). In the admin portal navigate to site Features > Voice portal
- Turn on Voice Portal
- Use Voice Portal Wizard
- Choose a Directory Number to assign to this service
- Users will dial into this number
- Contact us if you need a free number adding for this service
- Save and test
- See below to verify/change a user PIN
User PIN settings: user's can log into the portal and change the PIN themselves, or Admin can navigate to
