Overview: Maintain a site-wide phone book that can is synchronized across all phones
Note: a nominated user will need to have their profile role upgraded to "Company Administrator" in order to manage this feature
Log into the Business Portal
- Legacy portal (provisioned before October 2023): https://voice.ispcloud.co.uk/businessportal/
- New portal (provisioned after October 2023): https://voice.ispcloud.co.uk
Navigate to the following sections to update the contacts list(s):
Site > Features > Phone Services: [Enable Group and Company contacts]
Site > Features > Company Contacts: [Create & Choose who to include]
Site > Features > Group Contacts: [Add, or import from CSV file]
Employee > Features > Phone Services > [Select device] >
Phone Directory: On
Include Personal Contacts: Enable
Include Company Contacts: Enable
[Save]
Employee > Features > Contacts > Personal Contacts: [Add, or import from CSV file]
IMPORTANT: Reboot the phone (or base if DECT) for changes to take effect
