Overview: Your Cloud Voice license includes Cisco Webex app (for iPhone, Android, tablets, laptops and desktops - Windows and Mac supported). This article shows you how to login and activate your Webex account, and install it on your device.
Your will need:
- Your Cloud Voice username
- Your Cloud Voice domain
- Your Cloud Voice Webex App username
- This is simply a combination of the above username + @ + domain
Example: myusername@mydomain.com
- This is simply a combination of the above username + @ + domain
- Your Cloud Voice password
- Access to your email address registered with Cloud Voice that you want to associate with your Webex license
Step 1: login at to the Cloud Voice portal
Go to https://voice.ispcloud.co.uk/businessportal
Enter your Cloud Voice login details and login.
Step 2: Setup Webex
Click the "My Account" tab and verify the email address. If your want to associate a different email address with Webex then please contact us (or your IT Administrator) so that your Cloud Voice email address can be edited.
Click Set up Cisco Webex to get started....and Continue
Enter and submit your Webex App username
Enter and submit your email address registered with Cloud Voice
Go to your mailbox and click the link to complete activation of Webex
Step 3: Install Webex
Download and install the appropriate Webex app for you device. When you login you can simply use your email address registered with Cloud Voice
